I recieved my first statement from Jet ever, Jet use to sent statements to my Mum as she is a secondary user of the card and this has also dried up. I looked at the statement and noticed a fee called Jet Save/music/sim club fee, which I know nothing about.
I called the call centre number 0860 113 639 and spoke to Thando Nyawo, who advised me that according to the system i signed up for this service through a 3rd party, when i asked for proof, I was advised that this would not be provided to me, however she could reverse the fee for 3 months. I advised that this was unacceptable, however her response was that i get a statment monthly and I should have picked this up before, when I explained that i did not get statements, my plea went on deaf ears. TCF does not allow this poor treatment, I need this matter investigated.
