I opened an account with Game in 2010.
I informed the company that in the complex i currently reside in I do not recieve my letters because the guards do not distribute them. People's letters end up getting lost at the gate.
So i continued to pay my account according to what my last statement had reflected, not knowing that my installment had increased. Now my credit report states that I am a bad/late payer.
I feel like Game could have made an effort to send me my balance/statement via email or sms.
