On Monday 12 August I went Ackermans Arcadia, I bought some other stuff and 2 receiving blankets my 19 month daughter was holding the other blanket and she ended up pulling it in way that it got dirty and when I was approaching the cashier to pay, the cashier shouted at me like i was her child this is what she said to me '' Are going to pay for that blanket that your daughter is pulling because you cant let your daughter pull that blanket'' and I replied to say sorry and I could see that she was very angry. My plan was to buy 2 blankets but I ended up taking one the one that was dirty. I admit it was wrong for my daughter to pull the blanket but I wasn't aware that she was pulling it until she raised it but she had no right to talk to me like I was her child and the worst of all she didn't even bother to greet me now tell me if that is good customer service?
