I phoned the Reception to ask for an Extra Blanket and she goes and tells me that She does not do Room Service for Blankets I asked her cant she send one of the Housekeeping ladies and how come their Manager Botshelo is able to bring us Blankets, She hung the phone on me and said she will bring the Blanket. couple of Minutes later I phone her again and she says She forgot! and Hung the phone on my ears again. Sent one of the Housekeeping guys with the worse blanket that looks like its just been pulled out of a dirty laundry, and I have told her we have an Allergy from those dirty Blankets they make our body itch. Phoned her again and told her to bring me a Clean Blanket and Complained about the Bad Treatment she is giving me she Failed to even say I'm Sorry and her Managers are all not available. Such Rude and Impolite Service at Road Lodge Centurion!
