Damaged Freezer Still Not Exchanged

I have had a very bad experience with Game Menlyn from Saturday & there is no urgency of sorting it out, only empty promises. We purchased a chest freezer which was delivered this past Saturday, Upon delivery the driver took off an entire piece of our wall when bringing it in, the freezer had dents & scrathes on them, we immediately contacted the store spoke to Hein the manager & he confirmed that the freezer will be exchanged, we also discussed with him the issue of the wall which has now been sorted, this was however very inconvenient thing to occur as it is a new home which we bought 2 weeks ago.

Upon the freezer arriving Tuesday, only to discover an even bigger dent, we called spoke to Marcel one of the managers who assured us that we will then get the delivery Wednesday evening. Wednesday evening came and still no delivery phone the store they say nothing is scheduled, Louie one of the managers confirm we will definitely get it Thursday, Thursday evening came NO DELIVERY RECEIVED, we called they don't know what happen, very unprofessional they called today they cannot deliver today or tomorrow BUT now Monday they are messing around and we are sitting with a damaged freeze
