STILL NO FEEDBACK

Please be advised that Annelise called me back last week, informing me that they have no records of any transaction relating to my mother account, this is a great concern. when she was told that I have proof that FNB is deducting payment for the gift card that was sent (which my mother did not want) Annelise said she will look into this again and call me back. It has now been 5 days and I am still waiting for feed back. I GIVE HOMEMARK TILL TUESDAY THE 16TH OF JULY 2013 to get this sorted out, failing to do so, I will be laying a charge of and against Homemark. I feel that this is a delaying tactic from Homemark so that this gift card can expire, this card is valid for 12 months and it has taken us over 9 months to get this resolved.
