Poor customer service from staff and manage

I went into Game at Cresta to purchase a chest freezer that was advertised in the Game paper. I required a freezer urgently and was ready to purchase the freezer cash when I was rudely told by a rather uninterested Leroria that they have stock but it's at their warehouse. I then called for the manager Seleka who was just as rude and unconcerned. He abruptly told me that they only keep 2 to 3 freezers at a time at their store. I then asked asked the manager for a solution on how to take things forward and he responded that I must pay for delivery and wait till Friday if I want a freezer from the warehouse. Is this CUSTOMER SERVICES. My entire family and I have been die hard supporters of Game for a good few decades and yet I was treated like trash at your store. Your unskilled, untrained manager could care less about customer service. He was untidy and could barely speak properly, is this the legacy Game is trying to leave. Of late there has been numerous instances where I have received pathetic service from Game. Please start hiring people who are capable of doing their jobs. And stop with the false advertising in the newspaper, it's clear you dont need us to purchase from you!
