Supplier humuliated me and outright embarassed me in front of other clients I was given a R7200 credit to spend at ackermans and I spent around R5400 so they wanted to verify that I am indeed the owner of the account so my first question was why did they approve the account in the first place and secondly is the cashiers, the supervisor and or the branch manager incompetent of identifying the client themselves?

I got very humuliated and embarrased in the store with the interrogation I got from the customer service rep who I spoke to. The manager at the branch was very helpful though and did everything to help me and my family.
