Bought a freezer on 26 Nov 2013. No promised delivery on date specified. Numerous enquieries no feedbackfrom Claudette, Bianca Thando...!!! No effort only excuses and the final straw after all this time and phone calls i was told that if i want the freezer that urgently why dont i pay a delivery fee... i surely bought the freezer as a need please HELP
