BAD ADMIN AND SERVICE

I FAXED DISCHEM FOURWAYS MY SCRIPT THEN CALLED THEM TO SEE IF THEY RECEIVED IT THEY SAID YES AND THEN ASKED ME ONE HUNDRED QUESTIONS. I ANSWERED THEM AND THEIR SYSTEM KEPT ON COMING BACK WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS, I KEPT TELLING THEM THE CORRECT DETAILS AND THEY NEVER LISTENED TO ME. WHEN I REAPETED MY SELF FOR THE 5 TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD CAPTURE IT AND CALL ME BACK, THERE WAS NO PHONE CALL. SO I CALLED BACK, AND SPOKE TO DISPATCH MANAGER AND TOLD HIM, I WAS ASKED THE QUESTIONS AGAIN AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY. I TOLD THEM THAT MY FREIND WOULD COME AND COLLECT IT. HE COLLECTED IT TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE WRONG MEDICATION THAT THEY GAVE ME. SO I CALLED THEM AND ASKED AGAIN TO SPEAK TO THE DISPATCH MANAGER HE WAS ON LUNCH. SO I SPOKE TO THE HEAD PHARMACIST AND TOLD HIM, HE SAID HE OVER HEARD THE CONVERSATION AND WOULD SEND A DRIVER. 2 HOURS LATER THE DRIVER CAME AND GAVE ME MY MEDS. THEN I READ THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED MY MOTHERS ACCOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT. SO THEY TOOK THE ADDRESS OF MY MOTHER AND PUT IN MINE. SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN TO HAVE IT CHANGED AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. NO CALL WAS REVIVED. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE DISCHEM!
