The service in our country is shocking!!!
I recently went into a baby city to exchange an item i had bought a day or two before and the treatment i received from the management has made me turn around, walk out and agree NEVER to set foot into that branch AGAIN!!!
It would be nice if they were on the receiving end of the pathetic service for a change.
