My Wife visited Baby City in Cedar Square as an alternative to the one near Cresta, we had registered at the Cresta branch and they were absolutely great,
We wanted to change one of the items that we received from our Baby Shower and Cresta was out of stock, they suggested that we try Cedar Square as they may have stock, so we went across to Cedar Sqaare to see if we could exchange the item and to our disgrace we waited at the counter for assistance for over 5 minutes while 2 staff members just had a chat and showed each other their phones, eventually when we were lucky enough to be assisted they escalated the issue to their boss (The Manager) who was even worse, the manager said that they were too out of stock of the items but was "More than happy" to offer Store Credit for the item... he then blatantly tried to from us suggesting that our R69 Item that we had already confirmed the cost with in the Cresta Branch was only worth R29 and tried to do a similar thing with the 2nd item, DISGUSTING!! unless you like being robbed stay away - rather go to the Cresta Branch as i dont see Cedar Square lasting too long with that kind of "SERVICE"
