My Tv got damaged while still under warranty, I took it back to the shop and I was told that LG which is their supplier will come to my home and look at the TV which they did after a month the TV was reported and then a month later LG couldn't fix the TV, so I was told to collect the TV take it back to the shop for an exchange and I was told i will have my TV in a week's time, I still do not have my TV, I get no communication from them to get feedback I have to call the and they always say they will call me back but they never do. This has been going on for almost three months. Hello Peter please help
