I bought 2 sleeper couches for House and Home last year March 2012. 4 month after we bought the couches, they started to sag. So much so, that you can feel the frame work pushing through. I went back to House and Home and the lady (not sure who) did not want to help me at all. She only said I can bring the couches back (even after I told her, I cant). About 4.5 months after the incident, I spoke to Gloria whom was very helpful. She told me the same thing, so the supplier can MAYBE fix them and it would take about 3week! What am I supposed to sit on for 3weeks??? She told me that the supplier is closed on a weekend and in December. So someone was supposed to phone me back in January but they never did. I finally got through to Gloria again, no one could tell me, if I drop the couches off at the shop when the supplier would be able to have a look at them when they would be fixed so I can collect them? Today (05 Feb 2013) I phoned AGAIN, they are going to speak to the manager but I already know the outcome. I am very disappointed!! That a customer should do all the work, to get something fix that shouldn't be broken in the time span of 9 months! I want my money back!
