Not getting balance on account

I've got a credit card account which I have been making payments on every month as per agreement with MBD, I've asked them numerous times to e-mail me the BALANCE on the account. I've received pages and pages of "statements" only confirming payments that I've made monthly, but NO outstanding balance. You would think that Zolani, Faith and Jamila, seeing that they're working for attorneys, would understand it if someone request an outstanding balance on an account. I'll just be paying according to what I think I still owe on the account, and not a cent more. Even after seeing on their website what my outstanding balance is, and that some of the payments that I've made not being reflected there, I've contacted them, and within 5 minutes this account was removed from the website. Wonder why that is? Think they they've realised how incompetent they really are.
