I have to say that customer service is non existent at Game. Trying to find someone to assist you in their stores is a challenge and a half! I went into two of your stores this weekend, and both times I waited more than 15 minutes to be helped by someone on the floor. At one store, ok, but to experience the same at a second store is a joke.
I waited 15 minutes at the Bayside store and eventually gave up waiting, so rather went to Tygervalley... what a mistake, as I ended up waiting all over again. No apology when I was finally served. Still ended up spending close onto R3000 as I had no other choice (as Im moving home this week), but I very much doubt Ill step inside another Game store again at this rate! The guys on their floors dont give a!!!
