This is actually no surprise since there service levels in GAME stores is appaulling anyway. I went to Game Parow Centre on saterday morning at around 9:30 to pay my account. It is month end - there asre only 3 cashiers on duty and the cigarette counter is closed while she has a conversation withone of the floor supervisors. When I asked to see the store manager - who I waited for for 10 minutes I could see why the staff had the attitude they did. He was as rude and obnoxious and back chatted me. Funny when I was in the service industry I was told the client is king and without that client I would not have a job or a salary.
Believe me this is true of all game stores, because I then rode to Canal Walk because I had a gift card from Canal Walk. When I presented the card to the cashier, this was the response - "And This".
Your service is to say the least disgusting, but when you meet the Managers you understand why.
You have lost a customer.
