I grabbed the game Medal of Honor Warfighter off the shelf with no disk inside the case, the sluggish teller took payment for the game without even checking if there were disks on site. The teller took around 10 minutes to search for the game disk after which he assured me that the game card with the product serial had not been used or seen by anyone else, the teller never apologised for his time wasting at all. I get home with the game, insert the game disk into my computer, an installer pops up and asks for an serial, I type out the serial, double checking all the characters as I typed, clicked next, then to my surprise a message pops up telling me the serial has already been used. I call them expecting immediate help and all they can tell me is that I'll have to come in to the store the next day. Most disappointing shopping experience ever, never again will I shop at your stores, rather shop online and watch your business crumble to the floor.
