Inconvenience that led me 2 b out of reach

Bad service from Telkom mobile in Durban, Pavilion.

I just came back from the store in Pavilion to fix a mistake caused by one of the consultants named Thato. I went to port my nr last Sat 12th, and was assisted by Thato who showed no interest in helping me and greeted me by saying "yes". Seriously??? She gave me a normal sim without checking with me what type of sim card my phone uses and I apologised and told her my phone uses a micro sim, she took back the other one and stoop up and left to the back room without excusing herself and brought back the micro sim. She then told me all should be fine in an hrs time. My phone was still not working after 4hrs and I called the store and asked her what could be the problem. She then replied by saying she could not have told me that, she told me within 48hrs. On Tuesday I phoned call centre and was told it takes up to 72 hrs. I then called again on Thurs and was told my sim had not been registered! It stayed the entire week unconnected because of someone's incompetence and was forced to go back to the store today to get the mess fixed! I've been very inconvenienced and soothing has to be done, someone has to pay!
