I took my micro wave to Furniture City in November its been 3 months now and i keep getting the response that they don't have part, now that I'm complaining they telling me the micro wave can't be fixed . i am awaiting feedback as no one has come back to me . this is unacceptable, i have been paying my insurance since i bought the microwave and now its a problem when they have to assist . they don't have customer service, and the quality of heir product useless . i have a bed that i also bought there, it is is broken now, i reported the matter as it is also insured and no one has gotten back to me on that query . i regret buying furniture there, i could have taken my money to a store that know and understands what customer service is.
