When my LG lightwave convection oven's display stopped working within its guarantee period, I gave it to Dion Wired for repairs. After 3 weeks Dion Wired still couldn't get an answer from LG if its been fixed or not.
Johan, the store manager, listened to my complaint, tried his utmost to get an answer from LG, and ultimately decided to supply me with a voucher to buy another convection oven, and even gave me a discount on the new more expensive Samsung I bought!
Its indeed rare in South Africa that us poor consumers still find someone that's willing to go as far as John did to ensure a happy customer. Dion Wired management should take note of his performance and at the very least give him a salary increase!
