Damaged RS3 Pioneer Todoroki COMP

On the month of September 2009 I bought Pioneer system from Morkels. On the month of 16 Dec 2009 it got defected and was taken back to the store for repairs. On the month of June 2010 it was brought back but it was the wrong component., they said it was better than the first one and the one that I had before is discontinued because of factory faults. During the month of August 2010 it broke and was taken back to the store for repairs. It came back march 2011, unfortunately it was not working. They said I must wait for the truck to come and pick it up to be repaired again, they never came and I took it personally to the store. I tried to get help at national consumer they told me that I refused to collect the goods. I went to the store and explained to them that I will only take it if is working and they must ask the technician to verify if is working. On the 30th June 2012 I went to the store to make a follow up, to only find out that it is not working, and it was not fixed at all. The system is still at their store, still not working. I have paid for the system that I have never used nor have it at this moment.
