I have never been so disgusted in my life about service i got and i am in the retail industry.
i went to edgars in menlyn because i was a victim of a smash and grab on saturday 13/07/2013 my phone is insured by edgars with my ID, case number and blacklisting itc number. as i work for autopage wich insurance is also administered by finrite and according me that is all i need. i hurt my arm in the insident so i am not very mobile so to say. when i got to the cellphone counter they told me they wont assist me without a avidavit.
i have one arm to drive so it quite impossible to drive up and down. i did get the case number for the case i have oppened on saturday when i had someone to drive me around.
i am disguted about how i was treated
