I bought a Dell Laptop from Makro 10 days ago, there is something wrong with the screen and DVD drive.
This is a work computer, now I have to wait for Makro to send this laptop to Dell so that they can evaluate it, apparently the 14 day exchange period does not count for laptops at Makro.
This is unacceptable, I now have to wait and have a worker without a computer.
If you are not allowed to exchange a laptop with a manufacturing defect within 14 days they should have told me that and then I would not have bought the thing from them.
Please remove all your boards and advertisements about a 14 day exchange period because this is a lie, and to put it in the fine print somewhere and not tell your customers about it is also a lie.
Very disappointed.
