I bought sofas from ellerines, after they delivered I realised that 1 seater is broken.i went back to the store and reported.they picked it up.it was brought back to me unrepaired and I refused to take it back.i have been waiting ever since.the lady at the warehouse refuses to take my calls, as soon as she hears my voice she drops the call.i want to change my bank and they must refund me
