I Purchased a lounge suit in october 2011... ever since we have been having problems.in April 2013 I laid a complaint that holes are coming up on the fabric and there are loose screws, staples coming out of the sofas... its now October and still nothing has been done. The store manager Anil messed me around for the past 6 months, spoke 2 the regional manger romila and her attitude was pathetic and she never made a effort 2 do anything... the sofas is under extended guarantee bt I'm not getting any help from the store... its really disappointing 2 spend so much money on something that's not worth it... the service has been nuting but pathetic, I think the Tongaat store with the regional manager should be givin customer service training. I would really apperiacte some sort off help.
