Aught sofas (3piece). got broken and were under a warranty. i did the right thing to call them for fixing. that is where the problem started. they did pick them up for 3 weeks and fixed only one sofa.
i called them to ask why werent the others fixed, someone told me they thought supplier fixed all of the sofas and didnt bother to check them.
