On the 24/12/2012 I bought a lounge Suite at the Ellerines branch in Mogwase and within three months the stiches of Sofas Started to come loose. I reported the matter to the store manager and she promised me that she is going to log on a complain of which she did..She did her side of the job...
some woman called me from the head office and promised me that she will arrange a transport to come and fetch the damaged goods on Friday of that same week..I guess she meant some Friday of maybe year 2020.Until today. I am still waiting.
Now i want my money back. All of it in court.
