My sister who lives in New Zealand sent me an order via PicknPay online, total amount R1146.95. The delivery service was okay. I then sent an email asking if the Smart Shopper points from that order could be put on my card. First email was ignored, and when I sent a second email - I received a smarmy phone call saying my sister must sign up to get a card. Well, I told the consultant (I didnt get his name) that there are no PicknPays in New Zealand and my sister cant do that. So, nobody gets the smart shopper points, and its just too bad. Is this really such a big deal? Couldn't they just put the points in my card? Or was it just laziness-passing the buck? My sister will send me an order again sometime, but I am very disappointed in the online shopping PicknPay crowd. Very disappointed indeed. Somebody could have made an effort!!!
