I could not believe that there are still people going the extra mile to make sure the client is satisfy, this morning I contacted ASPEN on 0112396100 and my call was forwarded to a lady with the name of Connie (hope I spell the name right), explaining her that for the last week no infacare gold soya 3 in our Dischem pharmacies, she was so calm and polite and said she will phone me back, within a half an hour she called back and said a rep will contact me and I thought yes, yes that what they all say. what a suprise when Ian Wolmarans called me another half an hour later and explain the problem and also had a solution to the problem, I believe a leader look for results not excuses and Connie and Ian yust proved that, no wonder ASPEN can sign a R10 billion deal with MSD, if all you guys at ASPEN is so helpful in solving your clients needs good luck for more billion rand deals for the future. Again Connie and Ian you were great, my problem was solved within two hours after I made the first call, great guys you made my day.
