On 09 July 2013, I had arrived at clicks canal walk and was hoping to see the sister. I had arrived there at around 16:40. When I got there I noted that the the sister is due to be there till 5pm and saw an unavailable sign on the door. When asking one of the other staff there if the sister was in as it said unavailable on the door, they told me that she is there till 5 and the sign on the door would just mean that she is busy with someone. I then sat waiting for her in the waiting area - at around 16:50 she came out, switched the light off and gave a dirty look and said I heard you sitting here but was busy with admin. On asking if she knew I was here then why did she not bother helping she proceeded again saying it was my fault as I did not knock. She then just proceeded to say there is no stock - her light in the clinic had been switched off as soon as she had opened the door and had no intention of helping - completely shocked by this bad service.
