We always had my sons injections done at Rustenburg. Yesterday when we arrived at 17:25 the clinic sister said she will not be helping us today because it was too late. The clinic hours are until 18:00.
She was rude and abrasive without a hint of an apology.
We went to Clicks who were EXTREMELY friendly and assisted us, even though they normally only work on appointment.
I won't be going back to Dis-Chem.
I'm just wondering whether sending people away so rudely is company policy?
