After waiting for half an hour for the sister, I finally got into the consultation room only to be told that they did not have stock of the medication I normally receive. This is not the first time it has happened and at the VERY least I would have expected a sign in the waiting area informing customers of this. The sister on duty wasn't even qualified enough to be able to dispense another brand and said she hasn't been on the 'advanced' course. Apparently she could only dispense the same one I have been prescribed before, not even a generic with the SAME ingredients. She also showed me that her stock was low on everything (needles, swabs, syringes etc) and that she gave the pharmacy/manager a list of things to order in December 2012, but as of yet, nothing has been ordered. I've been going to this clinic for years as it is the most convenient one and I cannot just leave work to go to a clinic. The sister also informed me she had to send so many people away because of lack of stock. I've now been SERIOUSLY inconvenienced and am utterly disgusted at the state of the Clinic. Seriously, if you can't offer adequate service, then rather just stop offering the service.
