I went to clicks at 12:20, there is a sign at the front of the store that says the clinic is open till 13h00 on the first and last Saturday of the month. The sister came out at 12:25 and told me she was closed. I told her the sign says she is open till one pm and she said that she is seeing one last person then was leaving. I didn't argue, all I wanted was a flue shot and some supplements. I drove to Dischem nicol way where I know the service is good. Got there at 12:55. There was someone else in the clinic so I had to wait till 13:05 which is after her closing time but she still helped. I got my son and I flu shots and bought out supplements and vitamins for the month. Almost R1000 sale lost and I won't be going back to clicks. Dischem has better service and they're cheaper.
