Phoning clicks pharmacy early 04/12/2013 to book an appointment to see the nursing sister, on arrival i met a friendly woman who was completing forms needed for the nursing sister i completed also seeing as an appointment had been made.
When the nursing sister emerged she told me there was no booking in my name and cannot see me the manner in which she spoke was of utter contempt and disgust i had taken my 14 year old daughter with me to see the nurse but she refused to budge. However the lady who was before me waiting had no appointment and was helped i find it utterly disgusting that in this day and age still exists and that customer service can be that pathetic. This is not the first instance with this particular nursing sister who on another occasions politely told me she is on lunch and cant help me yet she was standing in the store talking to her colleagues, After leaving clicks blue route i then went to dischem blue route i had no appointment with the nursing sister but whose staff bent over backwards to assist me showing compassion and concern
