I've bought my daugter a ladies TEMPO wacth in November. Since Novemebr it was return on 4 occasions complaining about the arm strap keep on breaking. For some reason Sterns/Tempo have suddenly lost any records and on the previous complaints. Everytime i request a replacement to the same value i've been told next time, Next time... if the watch was in for repairs for nearly 4 months out of the 6th. This is no Value for money spend!!
