I have been surfing the internet for customer care or info on Tempo watches. Very difficult to find accessories or any info really. Lots of people looking for help.. Tempo is a jewelery brand from TFG. South African based and manufactured in South Africa. If you looking for any help rather just go to [URL Removed] Still has no service or customer care dept. Taken me almost 3 hours to try source a Tempo watch strap and any Tempo watch accessory. TFG has all there shops or groups listed on there web sites. Good luck
