My son received 2 x R200 gift cards for his birthday. He went onto CNA website, but could not purchase X-box game with them. I called customer service, spoke to Eldon. Told me The Glen has stock, they would send to Key West for me within 3 days. 3 Days later, I called The Glen, they knew nothing about it. Called Eldon, (have to hold on between 6 and 8 min every-time, from my cell) said would call me back. Called me to say stock showed on computer but they did not have. Would get from Woodlands in Pretoria for me. Eventually it arrived at Key West. When my son went to purchase the game, Pienkie helped him, the store could not put through both card vouchers. So he ended up paying cash for the game. How pathetic. What is the use of having a voucher if you cannot use it. Pathetic service all round. So after using your website, calling all over (more than 12 telephone calls) could still not use the vouchers!!!
