Shocked!!!

I am shocked with the level of service that I constantly receive from Edgars!

I logged a complaint last year December regarding to the service that I received at Edgars in Carnival Mall. I received my reference number 1858172/20121221/S.G.N and as usual NO RESPONSE or follow up from anyone at Edgars.

I received a letter on 20/6/2013 that was dated 8/6/2013 stating that my payment record is so bad in arrears and this will be handed over to ITC to update on my credit history. I phoned the call centre and asked to speak to the Manager Musa, I was told that he's not available. They then thransferred me to a "Team Leader". I explained to her what the situation is and I was interrupted frequently. After a few minutes of her not knowing that you wait until the customer is finished then you answer I asked to speak to her Manager. Firstly she ignored me and went on bubling. I informed her that I do not want to speak to her I want to speak to her manager. She then transfered me to.. gues who MUSA!!!

After Musa listening to my situation he then said he will listen to the phone recordings and phone me back by 10h00 2/7/13. I am still waiting!!!

I am shocked that NO one in Edgars cares
