Damaged screen

I bought Black Barry Phone from PEP Cell Store in Pongola in January 2013 and took it back early in September for repairs. I was told to bring the receipt and the original box to PEP store. my phone was couriered to CELL C Johannesburg for repairs. My cellphone was not repaired by Cell C and i was made to understand that it was a wet damage and they can not fix it, but to my surprise it came back to me with a damaged screen and without a box, and refused to take it with that damaged screen.
