Beares would like to apologise for the manner in which the complaint was dealt with.
As advised the exchange will take place on the 31/08.
I have further enquired about the exchange with Senior Management as discussed and will advise you on further feedback once received.

This exchange never took place... we still have no BED, bears gave us an "on loan" base however the "origional matress" was also damaged due to the broken base, so the on loan base really makes no difference AT all! The staff at the Richards Bay branch have been utterly rude about this entire situation. We are patient people but this is has gone way to far!!! We are now headed into our 4th month with the same issue!

We insist on a full refund on our initial purchase as obviously we will NEVER recieve the exchanged Bed from Bears as per the warrantee. We would rather make use of a reliable funiture company as obviously this is BEYOND A JOKE from all empty promises and being called liars. We will be taking this further from this point onwards. Enough is now enough and we are now into September.
