I went into My bank Fnb for a personal loan thinking they will give me the best and fastest possible service the girl that helped me at the time genine was very helpfull, but once all papers was signed i didnt hear anything no money no communication, until i decided to phone in and found out that they declined my loan, When i asked the reason why they said that i called in to decline? wich i clearly did not . now i am trying to get hold of them to fix whatever mess they made and for some reason they are now to busy to help me as i needed the money as in yesterday!!! no communication or customer satisfaction at all! is this the type of service i get from my bank!! i just should have gone to another bank in the first place im sure i would have had the money by now
