I ordered sofa's and a washing machine from Beares in Southgate Mall and initially i was received well, my credit was progressed-I was called countless times at work and in my personal capacity for my credit. After all this my credit was approved and that is when the problem started. The sofas were delivered with a huge tear in the front and when i inquired which was best route i was told to accept the merchandise and make a formal complaint at the store, which i did. Notice that I have said nothing of the washing machine, this is cause till this day I have not received it. This is after I have made countless visits and calls to the call centre requesting that this matter be dealt with urgently. The sales lady who I consulted with is still yet to call me. This whole saga has been going on for close to a month now and I curse the day i entered that store.
