I bought a plasma from the company 3 if not 4 months ago. To this day I am yet to receive a single statement that reflects my financial standing.
I filled in the online complaint form, three days later a lady by the name of Abigail Mthembela contacted me asking for my ID number so she can follow up. I sent it to her and two days later, I am yet to hear anything from her so I then called the finance department only to be put through to a lady who picks up yet continues to chat to her colleagues and as Im about to speak she hangs up on me.
5 days later I am now frustrated and really disapointed by the company.
