Worst Service ever at MFC

I bought a car from a friend which he had financed with MFC. He lost the Natis doc and he had not changed the car from the banks name to his. He then requested the docs on the 6th of Sept from MFC & they said it will take 5 days to request from traffic depart and carrier them. The call center only requested the docs on the 11th from the depart that actually requests from the traffic depart. I then followed up with the requesting depart which told me they have not even received the email. They then did request and said it will take three days. Three days passed with no response and they started to ignore my phone calls. I then lodged a complaint needless to say MFC Complaints depart was really unhelpful, they never gave me any straight answers and in the end they didnt want to speak to me as they were insisting im not their client. 20 days, 20 phone calls and 20 emails still not papers. Really disappointed with the Complaints department of MFC which doesnt seem to be taking the matter seriously even though on complaint email i sent i spelled it out the financial implications... MFC service is the worst ever.
