Please think twice before purchasing from this store, I will never again.
I purchased a LCD wall mount on 28 June. When I got home I decided that I should rather leave it, so I took it back to them today. The bracket was in its original packaging, I had not even ripped the plastic off yet. They refused to refund me, rather wanted to give me a credit note. I did not accept this and continued to cause a scene. They would only refund me if I had opened the box and the unit was faulty. Only once I threatened to tear open the packaging did they decide to refund.
Rather buy your goods from a reputable store like Game or Makro, they offer far better after sales service than these guys... Between New World and Hirsch stores they are both fighting hard to be the worst. Don't be caught...
