I had an OSRAM light bulb fail on me, well within the 1 year guarantee period stipulated on the packaging. Contact was made with OSRAM pointing out that i still had the original packaging and cash sales slip. I specified on 16/01/13 that they could either replace the damaged product or i would return it to game stores secunda, where i had purchased it, for a refund. i was informed that they would send me a replacement for the damaged product. a week later i was informed the replacements were at game stores secunda ready for pickup. However, when i arrived at game stores i was subjected to a 2 hour wait, whilst the helpful assistants at game store tried to communicate with the unhelpful osram rep who had no idea why the replacements were not there. i was then told by the osram rep that the courier had lost the package and that he would resolve it and i should wait, this was on the on 29/01/13. on 10/02/13 i contacted the osram rep to determine why i had still not received any communication regarding my replacements. i was then told on 11/02/2013 they had made an effort and that was enough and that i should go to game stores secunda and get them to refund me. A waste of my time
