Good day
My mother purchased a chiffon cake in the week, literally after purchasing the cake, she saw that the cake was old and wanted a refund. The store manager refused to refund my mother. I find this disgusting and I would like this looked into? According to the NCA your store should stipulate before purchasing an item that there shall be no refund on certain items due to any defect, this was not explained at all. Furthermore if a client comes into a store purchasing a product after they realised this is not what they wamted, by law the store should not refuse a refund where the goods are in the condition it was purchased.
I urge you to look into this!
