We bought a lounge suite from Joshua Doore in Ermelo in January 2012. In April we noticed that the leather of the one arm rest started to crack. We phoned Joshua Doore and laid a complaint after which the manager Belinda, told us it was not her problem. The lounge suite was still under guarantee and we took an extended waranty and insurance the day of the purchase. We then laid complaints on their customer care line a few times after that. On 3 January 2013, they finally collected the couch, and said that they will have it repaired, and we said to them - one one condition it must be repaired with the same material an must not look different than the rest of the suite. 3 weeks after that my fiance visited the store, now the sit area is damaged, looking like it has been burned and the arms rest does not nearly look like the rest of the suite. We are very dissapointed in the service received from them.
