My partner and I went to Edgars, Sandton City to return some goods. We didn't have all the till slips. We bought the goods with the Thank U card, so were hopeful that they could pull up the records. A young gentleman helped us. He explained that he can only retrieve the till slips if we could supply a purchase date. We were unsure of the exact dates. The computer that had the records was in another room so he tried a few times, and had to go back and forth several times before he got the till slips. He stayed professional and exercised immense patience in dealing with us. He processed a refund for the items for which he found the records, and offered us a gift card with credit for the item for which we could not retrieve the till slip. I'm grateful for his patience and think his manager should be aware of his great attitude. Thanks. :) I'll keep shopping at Edgars, and recommend them for the great service.
